There’s a wealth of information on the site relating to different aspects of learning, people’s views on the learning they’ve done, and the views of those who aren’t involved in learning.  In order to make it easier to find information on the subject you want the data is in three main broad themes, each of which contains a number of topics.  Click on one of the themes below to get started.

Influences on participation in learning which contains information on all the issues that encourage people to participate in learning, or discourage them from getting involved.  This covers enablers and barriers to learning, motivations behind wanting to do courses, as well as ways that people could be encouraged to get involved in learning.

Experiences of learning which focuses on people’s experiences on lots of different courses, including the things they liked, and those that could have been improved. 

Technology and Learning which looks at the ways technologies are increasingly being used as part of courses, and explores people’s opinions of the technologies, and their feelings about their integration in many courses.
