Opportunities for All: Widening Participation through the Adult and Community Fund in Hull (2002)

This report looks at the running of an Adult and Community Fund project in Hull, which aimed to engage people into learning through 'first-rung' learning activities. Through interviews and feedback from over 70 learners on the courses, as well as the opinions of tutors and course organisers, the report looks at how well the project worked from a learner's perspective, and draws out lessons for the future.
