A Digital City?  Attitudes to technology and learning in Hull (2005)

Building on previous work investigating the culture of learning in Hull, this research was carried out between 2003-2004 and looks at people's attitudes to learning in order to create an even better picture of what people think about learning in Hull.  The research is based on 103 interviews with Hull residents which focused on people's attitudes to technology and learning.  The full report contains a background chapter on Government policy, widening participation and new technologies.
