Experiences of learning

This section focuses on people’s experiences on lots of different courses and learning situations, including the things they liked, and those that could have been improved. 

How people like to learn   groups people's experiences by the type of learning they were doing.  The ways that different people like to learn are many and varied.  However, across the different pieces of research there have emerged some themes, often in relation to a particular type of learning.

Tutors  looks at what people said about their tutors and explores the significant impact that tutors had on the learning experience.

School Design  is a comprehensive guide to school design, covering the issues that are raised from the perspective of the learner.
