Welcome to the Data Observatory, a wealth of information and research about people’s views on learning.

The Learners’ Forum has been funded through Hull Cityventure to gather the views of Hull residents about learning and the Data Observatory is the outcome of all this work.  Although it is based on the views of people in Hull, we have drawn out issues that are of relevance to those outside the city. 

The site has information on the many issues that influence whether people take part in learning, it explores people's experiences of learning, and also focuses on the increasing use of technology in learning, and people's thoughts on that.  You can explore the information by browsing through the themes, by reading our publications, or by searching the information.
