Carer Champion Training is available to voluntary and public sector services in the local area free of charge. One in eight people in the UK looks after someone with a long term illness or disability. The Carers' Information and Support Service, City Health Care Partnership CIC are continually on a mission to increase awareness to 23,000 + unpaid carers in Hull of their right to a Carer Assessment. They are currently searching for individuals, who offer advice information or support services to individuals living in Hull / registered with a Hull GP, to become Carer Champions.
